Do I need to pay tax on my order?

The Huntsen website does not charge taxes. You only pay for the amount of the product you ordered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch with our customer service team. We can change/cancel the order if it has not been shipped out. If the package has been delivered, please ensure that the product is in good condition and return the product to us. You will need to pay for return shipping.

My product is faulty or has arrived damaged.

Although this rarely happens, if the item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service in a timely manner and we will issue a brand new item once we verify the defect. We would also wish to apologize for your less-than-perfect experience.

How do I return an Item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. please provide your order number and pictures of the orders and the original packaging. Item must be in original sellable condition to be eligible for return. our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

How can I get my refund?

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank)

Where are your products shipping from?

We have warehouses in the United States. Most best-selling items can be shipped locally and arrive soon. For more details, please see our shipping policy.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We can update your shipping address as long as you contact us with your new address before your order is shipped out. If your package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will try our best.

What should I do if my order say's it's delivery but I haven't received it yet?

Sometimes the carrier scans the package for delivery before the package is out for delivery. Please allow an extra day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order after a day, you can file a claim directly with the carrier, or your can reach out to our customer service team.

Do you ship to Hawii, military APO/FPO, and other faraway place?

Sorry. We only ship to the 48 states in the US (ExpectHI, PR, AK, GU, AE, VI, FM, and APO/FPO). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
