No, the power bank is not included. The chair is compatible with any standard power bank that has a USB output port. For optimal heating performance—especially in cold outdoor conditions—we recommend using a power bank with at least 20000mAh capacity. A larger side pocket is built into the chair for convenient power bank storage during use.

2. Why don’t the heating pads cover the entire seat?

This is intentional. Heating pads that cover larger areas tend to heat more slowly and drain power faster. The dual-zone heating layout focuses warmth on the seat and backrest, delivering faster heat and better energy efficiency while extending battery life.

3. Is the chair stable on uneven or muddy ground?
